STRAUNCHER MODULAR PLATE CARRIER

The Stauncher Modular Plate carrier represents an optimal fusion of advanced materials, innovative design, and practical features, embodying the essential qualities of adaptability, durability, and functionality. Constructed primarily from MIL-SPEC materials, it offers exceptional durability and protection while remaining compliant with near-infrared reflectance (N.I.R.) standards and Night vision-friendly specifications. Using Thermoplastic composite fabric in the cummerbund enhances its overall strength and resilience, ensuring reliability in high-stakes environments.

Plate pockets-

The adjustable plate pockets are designed to accommodate various sizes of plates, including 10x12, SAPI cut, and swimmer cut ballistic plates.
The upper front pocket measures approximately 5x6 inches with elastic loops for small items and equipment.
Both sides of the front pocket feature adjustable cable or tube retention loops. Additionally, PTT slots are on either side at the upper corners of the front pocket.
A laser-cut loop panel is situated on the top, allowing for the attachment of patches or supplementary pouches.
A lower laser-cut loop panel facilitates the direct attachment of MOLLE pouches. The hooked panels/placards incorporate either QASM buckles or G-hooks (two ITW Nexus® QASM buckles are included), while our magazine panels can be used without buckles.
An additional row of laser-cut MOLLE is present along the lower edge of the front plate cover, specifically tailored for single-row MOLLE pouches.
Inclusion of a 1.5-inch side-release buckle for the shoulder strap. It’s configurable on either the left or right side, and it will be either an ITW Nexus® or Duraflex® brand buckle.
The back plate pocket features six rows of six-unit laser-cut MOLLE, and an emergency drag handle is positioned at the top for rapid extraction.

Cummerbund—

The adjustable cummerbund further exemplifies the Stauncher's innovative design, featuring two layers of MOLLE and an easy-width adjustment mechanism.
The cummerbund is made of Mil-Spec Cordura® 500D laminated fabric in conjunction with Milliken Tegris® thermoplastic composite fabric as the second layer, with its dual-layer MOLLE compatibility, ensuring modularity while maintaining a secure fit.
The cummerbund featuring with hook-and-loop fixture, a pair of included die-cut, stretchable adapters facilitates quick width adjustments from medium to extra-large, enhancing comfort during extended use.
The Stauncher Plate carrier comes standard with a three-row cummerbund, but it can also be used with a two-row low-profile cummerbund (sold separately).

The E.T.P.C. is an enhanced laser-cut platformed plate carrier with maximized capability, is easy to put on and out, and accepts multiple-size armor plates. As a result, it is a comprehensive plate carrier solution for modern operators.
